The old Kong Chow was a great low -end Chinese restaurant. Good Food - great prices. The newer Kong Chow Fusion is ok but the food isn't quite as good and the prices have cheeped upward.. Still alright, but there may be better Chinese places in Rutland.

Ate dinner here with my daughter on a Wednesday night. The decor looks like the restaurant has been little changed since the 1950s. The food, on the other hand is modern and excellent. There are all the standards, yes, but also thai curries and some interesting vegetarian dishes. We shared sesame bean curd and thai fried rice. Both were prepared... More

The only reason I eat here from time to time is for my son. I work in the area, so it is a convenient place to meet my Chinese food lover. The place is not his favorite by far, but "it will do". The quality of beef (or any meat really) in any dish has a substandard taste and texture.... More

Nice family run restaurant that has been a landmark in Rutland for years. Usually never crowded, lots of takeout service. The food came out hot and quickly, the only distraction was the 2 TVs with the syfy Chanel on. Don't hesitate to go it is a casual relaxed atmosphere with good food with lots of options.

It's never busy, because most of their business is takeout. It's quite, cheap, fast, and good. They have a bar which is also never busy and the beers are $1 less than every other place on that street.

The food isn't great it's just ok but the experience was horrible. The owner or whoever he was was so rude to us. We were the only table in the restaurant and now I know why

I made out like a bandit. I got my wife a gift certificate for her birthday. I was surprised today with a quart of excellent fried rice. This is an excellent family owned restaurant. Thanks!

Went here prior to going to the Paramount and were looking forward to a good Chinese food experience. Service was lacking and the restaurant wasn't even crowded yet. Waited a while for someone to come and take order. Took drinks order and returned 10 minutes later. Still no noodles and duck sauce. Finally came by to take a food order.... More
