It was nice to eat a salad on Vaction! I always crave the good food I eat at home and this place had it. Outside patio was shaded and refreshing on a hot August afternoon and my dogs could join me on the patio.Good food, nice view of beautiful downtown Montpelier.

Two couples enjoyed a great meal shortly after noon at the Skinny Pancake. We cleaned out plates of Noah's Arc (eggs, bacon, and sweet crepes with REAL maple syrup), the special Spicy Breakfast Burrito, Garlique Chick (garlic chicken crepe), and Hash Purples (beets & carrots fried into a patty with exceptional sauce). A great little place in charming Montpelier to have some breakfast! I love the atmosphere, down to the chalkboard tables to doodle on while you wait! Friendly staff and easy access to bathrooms. All local ingredients. I love the Lumberjack crepe with Cabot Cheddar and Ham... Delicious Nutella dessert crepes as well...

Breakfast sliders were really good and filling. Local rolls, cheese, and bacon a plus. The Early Riser was really good, loved the side of fresh greens with the maple dressing, light but delicious! Good coffee to get you started for the day. We'll go there again

Wonderful coffee and delicious food! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Located downtown near the Artisans Hand gallery/shop which has a beautiful assortment of all kinds of art made in Vermont.

No matter which location I visit, always exceptional food and service. Built on the localvore philosophy of eating to support community, I am always satisfied. Try the 'Sass-squash'! Beautifully savory and sweet for breakfast!!!

We did carry out on our way through Vermont. My wife had The Monster (veggie crepe) and thought it excellent ! I had the crepe with egg, bacon, and maple syrup-- very good.
