We decided to stop at the Hatchery on our way out of town after a great weekend skiing. It was the first time we had stopped there -- and it won't be the last! I had the waffles and eggs -- both of which were done very well. I asked for blueberries with it, which I thought would be a... More

Amazing yummy breakfast. Bloody Mary's and food all great. We all ordered different items and all were pleasantly pleased with our choices.

When I think of Ludlow, VT, I don't think "great food scene." Happily, I discovered the Hatchery last weekend and was delighted by its menu, the friendly service, reasonable prices, and pleasant overall vibe. We enjoyed the poutine with eggs and the pickled asparagus sandwich - two delicious extremes on the health impact eating spectrum. I look forward to going... More

Typical fast and furious style breakfast house, none-the-less we enjoyed the food and the wait staff very casual and efficient. Everything was pretty good, from pancakes to eggs bene. Although fairly crowded when we were there, we were sat very quickly and the food brought out timely.

If I could do 1/2 stars I'd be giving 3.5 instead of 4! I've lived in the area all my life and heard about The Hachery for years, finally tried it today and wish I hadn't! My husband had breakfast, other than borderline cold he said it was good, didn't want to send it back as it took so long... More

We ate lunch here before leaving for the day. The turkey sandwiches were excellent. They also have fresh squeezed orange juice which was very good. I would recommend this place for lunch.

Everyone else in my party enjoyed the food (as usual) - the omlettes are always a hit, and I ordered my twice a year "treat" eggs benedict. The ham was chopped boiled ham, which made the dish too salty. Overall, a good breakfast stop in the Okemo area.

Wow what an enjoyable meal by two families and several kids dining together. There was something for everyone and everyone enjoyed their meal. Highly recommended and look forward to returning again soon.
