Food was reasonably priced and good value. I have to comment on previous reviewer. The Elk are not raised as meat for the restaurant nor for a hunting club.

We were delighted by this trophy-lined eatery close to the Canada border. Not for PETA-types, but well displayed classic mounts of elk, deer, buffalo, and even a polar bear. This is a finely-crafted setting that adjoins an elk farm. Portions were huge, we had half-...More
Very tasty food and reasonable prices. The staff are very people friendly and it's a warm and cozy place. Beautiful place also. Nice place for all ages.
This was easily my favorite place to eat during my stay in northern Vermont. The Elk sirloin was delicious as was the bourbon steak tips. I personally really enjoyed the decor which encompassed a wide variety of stuffed animals (bison, elk, deer, moose, etc). I'll...More

Lots of taxidermied animals hanging on the walls with horn lighting fixtures. Waiter was friendly and efficient. Had the steak tips with french fries, it was good. The live elk outside in the pasture are fun to watch.
We ate here after visiting with the elk in the pasture behind the restaurant. My husband had a burger and home cut french fries, and I had the butternut squash ravioli with a homemade maple alfredo sauce and the salad bar. The salad bar was...More
