Our group of three choose to order the vegetarian sampler meal. Cost was $38.00 per person. We received a variety of dishes all were good but NOT great. Typical Chinese food. I personally did not like either of the two noodle dishes The service was excellent. All servers were very attentive and explained the different dishes. The total cost for... More

We went here for a meal with the whole family. We ate at the spinning table; the waiters kept bringing out more and more food. I felt the space was a little small, but the food was great and plentiful with lots of variety.

Dinner at Single Pebble last week reminded me of how blessed Burlington is to have an Asian restaurant of the caliber of Single Pebble. It's been 20 years since I've traveled in China/Taiwan, so I cannot speak as to the authenticity of the recipes but you don't need to be an expert to recognize that their perfectly structured use of... I would recommend that you do the dim sum brunch with at least 4 people in order to share a wider assortment of the delectable small dishes. A waitress comes by with a tray of 6 or 8 small servings of a variety of dishes and the table gets to pick which ones they want to try from that assortment.... More

Food has hot and cold. And should Have been hot. Bus boy was the best at attending table. Main waitress took order and never asked how our meal was. Food was shoved into table without explanation. Not a great expierence

I found this food delicious and creatively prepared. We shared all dishes family style. Try the Mock Eel even if you generally don't like mushrooms, and the (broccoli) poached greens are out of this world. But stay away from the vegetable dumplings which are heavy and not all that interesting. The Chinese fried oysters were also fantastic.

Hostess and servers are great - the food all tastes the same! Dumplings, crispy chicken, beef, soup - you name it - it all tastes like a variation on a brown theme. I do enjoy the lazy susan thing, but except for the white rice, you better like soy, garlic and ginger! Wine and beer list is very good.

On a cold, rainy, miserable night, while visiting Burlington, we ventured out for dinner after finding A Single Pebble online. We were able to make last-minute reservations. What a nice surprise! The restaurant appears to be two older homes connected by a newer structure. The 3 dining areas are on different levels, a few steps apart, so even if there... More

We have been looking to try A Single Pebble for years and finally got around to it on our recent trip to Burlington! The rave reviews we received from friends definitely turned out to be true. This freshly prepared, delicious food was definitely the highlight of our trip. A Single Pebble is a must-go for all!
