We ate lunch on the top deck and had a wonderful view of the river. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was creative, very tasty, and the portions were a good size. The beer also very good. The price was average.

The food and atmosphere were great, we sat on the rooftop and had lunch. Our waitress was so friendly and went out of her way to make the dining experience excellent. We all loved our food.

I'm in the Brattleboro area a lot and this is my go to spot! The food is decent. The beer is plentiful. I usually drink cider or the house IPA. There are times when there is a wait! Your mileage may vary! I usually wind...More

Stopped here on our way from Stowe to New Haven for some lunch. Sat on the roof terrace in glorious sunshine. Served by friendly staff, good prices and delicious food. I had the BLT which I highly recommend.

This place hops, so be prepared for a moderate wait, or go upstairs to deck bar. Dining room has better menu selection than bar, but great food nevertheless. And they have a remarkable selection of micro and national brews. The view of the Connecticut River...More

You can't beat the location, right downtown. The menu is inviting, ambience welcoming and quirky. Liked that they text you when the table is ready instead of those tacky buzzers. Anjelica took great care of us in spite of all our questions. Good quality food....More

We were driving through Vermont and got hungry, pulled over, and ended up here? Wow so good. Beer selection was great, food was delicious, VIEWS are worth going to this place alone. Don't miss out.

Enjoyable evening and very happy they have made such a great use of this spot on the Connecticut River. Was raining, so we could not sit outside, but they have a wonderful deck over the river. Little disappointed by the Whetstone beer, but the food...More

They do offer gluten free rolls and bread. In addition they have clearly marked everything on their menu as either gluten free or able to be prepared gluten free by request. I believe what the other reviewer meant when they... More

Whetstone Station Restaurant and Brewery combines a large casual restaurant and open air rooftop bier garten, with a small experimental nano-brewery, all located right on the Connecticut River in Vermont. We offer an "inspired pub fare" style menu, with everything from small bites for a few bucks to full entrees. Along with one, always changing unique craft beer of their own they offer dozens of guest craft beers on draft and specialty drinks, all in an amazing waterfront location. The unique round building has been restored into a beautiful fire-lit space with a contemporary and industrial vibe. Indoor and outdoor dining, perched above the river, alongside a steel bridge and nestled between the green mountains make the amazing location a "don't miss" on any visit through Vermont.
