We came in to Amy's for coffee and a snack and we're delighted to find. It's freshly baked chocolate croissants and our favorite seasonal pumpkin whoopie pies on the menu today! Both were delicious and when I saw that the chilled cucumber soup was also...More

Right on Main Street in Brattleboro, Amy's Bakery produces fresh bread and pastries, plus a varied lunch menu. I had a half sandwich of ham and swiss which was plenty enough for one, and a cup of sausage and kale soup. Both were delicious. We...More

Tasty pastries and coffee. Window tables in front of cafe are fine for people watching, but the seating in the back offers beautiful mountain views. Not the fanciest of places, but definitely one of the most mellow.

There is a lot of dough in everything a bit heavy. The bread isn't as good as other local options. But the noisy atmosphere was good for my loud kids.

Had reuben and it was good. Small eating area. Good selection to pick from. It was recommended to us by a local.

Amy’s Bakery Arts Café, a popular spot in downtown Brattleboro, has a somewhat misleading name. Sure, it features baked goods – cheesecakes, baguettes, bear claws, scones, and dozens of other items. But it also serves made-from-scratch soups, sandwiches and savories, and interesting tea and coffee...More

Amy's is always reliable with something for everyone. I especially like all their gluten-free options, but my friends say that the "regular" menu items are wonderful as well! I don't live in Vermont but eat at Amy's whenever I am in or passing through Brattleboro.
