My husband and I arrived at Fireworks before 8pm on a Wednesday night very hungry. We ordered hamburgers medium (pink in middle) and a beer for him and hot tea for me as we figured that would be a fast, easy way to satisfy our hunger. Not so! The waitress took forever to bring the beer and by the time... More

Friendly staff, good food, good service. They have another location in Keene, New Hampshire on Main Street.

The walk down Main Street is interesting. Loved the talking crosswalk signals. Fireworks was crowded and service was a bit slow. The menu was fascinating, but would pose problems for a picky eater. We enjoyed the feta bake for two and calamares. I was very happy with the sopa limon which had chicken, but was dominated by cilantro. My husband... More

The waitstaff is ready to LEAVE 30 minutes before closing. They remain, my guess...because of the scant restaurant offering in downtown.

Had dinner at Fireworks - 3 of us had pasta and I had steak. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff.

A little bit arty, a little bit hippy but definitely good food. We shared the best salad I've ever eaten ( and that is a lot ) of kale, arugula, quinoa, tomatoes, carrots and cucumber with a light dressing - yum. Then we both had pappardelle, one with duck and one with mushrooms and both so delicious. A great bottle... More

Only ate here once but the food and service were both good; although a tad overpriced but that seems to be the case in much of Vermont. We also ended up positioned underneath an air conditioner; which was cold. Otherwise, worth trying.

Overall, we had a pleasant dinner at this downtown Brattleboro restaurant. We were a bit put off when we were first shown to our table, because the noise level was almost unbearable. But then, a large table of diners cleared out and the noise level dropped considerably. My husband ordered the duck risotto, which he enjoyed. I ordered the three... More

We could have ordered almost anything from each menu category; everything looked really good. Onion pizza, 2 salads & parsnip fries all delicious. Several craft beer and signature cocktails as well.

Had a nice dinner in this quaint eatery. The menu has great choices for anyone from the foodie to the famished. Great portions, good service and selections for drinks and appetizers. It has very ambient lighting so bring your cheater glasses to read the menu. Oh, and they had a pair to spare just in case you forgot yours. I... More
