Waited 15 minutes and an appeal to the hostess before we finally had a server arrive to take our order. This was the last time we ever saw the server and additional appeals to the hostess resulted in profuse apologies, but no service. After another 20 minute wait and still no service we left and went to another place to... More

We ate at the Gun Barrel on Monday night and that was Prime Rib Special Night. The Prime Rib was great cooked just like we like it Medium Rare and it was very tender to cut. Everything with the meal was very good including soup and salad. The service was great and the meal has always been good when we... More

Honest opinion: fantastic and delicious food, great atmosphere, definitely worth the pricier bill. BUT our waitress was less than friendly. No personality, not even forced smiles. It was rather odd. But for the food we will probably go back again.

Great western decor. Interesting menu with some "game" items. We had beef and my steak was over cooked. Salad and sides were good. From our two meal sample, this restaurant is over priced for the quality. Will not return as there are many other choices in the St. George market.

The tenderloin dinner special was delicious! Steak seasoned and cooked perfectly, tasty maple butter for the baked sweet potato. The calamari appetizer was a bit skimpy, but the tiny pieces were enticingly crispy. Good bread. The rugged hunting lodge look is quite appealing and service was attentive and friendly. Celebrated a birthday and even though we had no room for... More

My wife and I stopped here for a date night. I had been there before but it was my wife's first visit. We initially got turned away for a table because they had a big party scheduled to arrive. We came back a short time later and got right in. The food was top notch and the service was fair.

I've eaten here a couple of times and not been disappointed. The atmosphere is inviting and the food is good. I've had prime rib, ribs and fish and they were all excellent especially the prime rib.

This place has an authentic old west atmosphere. The food was excellent. I had the "meat lovers" plate that consisted of: bison prime rib, elk steak and bison ribs. It was expensive but considering I had two meals it was a good bargain. My wife had the "regular" prime rib. We both felt the bison prime rib had more flavor.... More

This restaurant came highly recommended by a local. My son is adventurous and was wanting to try the Elk Steak. He loved it! Great atmosphere.
