I was intrigued by the name, so we stopped by for dinner about 6 pm on the night after Thanksgiving. The serving and dining areas and the restrooms were immaculately clean. I ordered the Purple Turtle burger which turned out to be a hamburger with pastrami, lettuce, tomato and sauces. The burger was thinner than at most burger joints but... More

Fast food at it's best. They offer such a wide variety of food. Everything from fish and chips with your choice of either halibut or haddock, onion rings, fries or tater tots, taco salads, hamburgers in a wide variety, and shakes that they are famous for. I love the fish sandwiches. They are on a square sesame seed bun with... More

Always hot good food. The milkshakes are so yummy. Onion rings are the best around. Mile High Burger is a favorite also.

Purple Turtle has been around a long time and has always been a local icon. The owner Steve, is by far one of the nicest, genuine people you would ever meet. The food is great and makes me think of an old fifties style locals drive in. The only thing you have to know, in going there, is they have... More

My husband and I stopped by to grab a quick bite to eat while in the area. I had heard great things about the Purple Turtle and thought we should give it a try. The service was quick and the food was delicious. We'll definitely be back!

I stopped by with a friend to grab a cold shake on a hot day. Great thick big shake. Raspberry Oreo - yum. Seems like a great local-style "Ma n' Pa" burger joint. Very friendly staff. Inside seating optional, clean bathroom, and they have drive through.

Everyone should try purple turtle! They have a fry sauce they should bottle and sell. I would buy it by the case! I blame my overweight body on purple turtle. Haha it is delicious!

There is a reason Purple Turtle is a Utah County icon! They not only deliver the yummiest burgers, onion rings and fries, the shakes are delicious and ginormous. The tater tots may or may not be addictive... not that I would know. :)

Purple Turtle has been in Pleasant Grove ever since I can remember. It is a local favorite and has it's own charm and flavor. I have yet to order anything at the Turtle that wasn't a yummy treat. Purple Turtle is a must try.
