Upscale menu in bite-sized portions. Disregard the server when he suggests ordering a lot, telling you that most people order five or six portions apiece--we were quite satisfied with fewer as the flavors are very rich and complex. We were seated in an upper dining room next to a fireplace, lovely and warm on a snowy night. Wine menu seems... More

For this reviewer, this restaurant and Glitrind at Stein Eriksen are the two best restaurants for fine food in Park City. We returned this weekend for yet another great meal. Up and down the menu the starters and main courses deliver with well prepared, complex flavors and consistently high level preparations. The only caution with tis restaurant is the rather... More

With our daughter and son-in-law, we celebrated our anniversary here just a few days ago. Having dined here annually for more years than I can count, we expect and receive superb service and food. The menu is arranged around small plates with the expectation that one orders two to four dishes. All of the dishes are paired with optional wines... More

We have eaten here for three years in a row. The food is typically excellent as is the service. This visit was a little off. Hopefully we just caught them on a bad day.

For a simply spectacular meal, there is no better. We always go at least once during our ski vacations there. The Chef does an incredible job with whatever he is cooking up. Definitely a must. Awesome wine selection too,

I was there with a large group and the waiter could not have been more friendly or helpful. He offered great recommendations for us, and was well-versed on the menu. I opted for the wine pairing with each course and was very happy with all my choices. Be sure to save room for dessert - they are phenomenal!

Very quaint small atmosphere. You forgot you are in US and think you were at a small in in Austria or Switzerland. Concept is small tastings instead of large portions. Great concept as each dish has an explosion of flavors and you would not want to miss trying several of them. Service was impeccable as well. We have eaten all... More

As a lover of creative food, tapas are my favorite dining option. It's nice to be able to order and taste several things, rather than having to settle for a single entree. Mariposa's tapas prices are similar to what many restaurants charge for a full meal, however. Be advised before you go that is NOT a place for people traveling... More

Our dinner was delicious and I would go back. However, the hostess was beyond rude and I have never seen such discourtesy, especially at Deer Valley.

There was such an enticing variety of small plates that I wish I could have tried them all! Loved the intimate setting with a fireplace. The service was friendly and helpful in making food and wine selections. The sauces on the food were flavorful ( especially the bison and beggars purse).
