Eight miles north of Monticello, not visible from the road, only a lighted sign on the east side of the highway for campground and restaurant. Delicious dinner, we both had salmon. Excellent, friendly service. We loved the ambience - an old building decorated with a...More

Great western atmosphere, with very nice dinner, more food than you can eat. It is more of a couples place.

Our dinner overall was very good. The salad was excellent, and we liked the bread. The steak was a little fatty. I loved the old country music. The wine was reasonable. This is a high end restaurant, so if you are looking for a cheap...More

Food was good! Atmosphere was even better! Definitely worth the stop if you are in the area. Waitress was pleasant and the cook came out and asked us how are steaks were. No complaints!

Hosting friends from Italy who were interested in a western steak dinner, so we google restaurants near Monticello, UT ending up at the Line Camp Steakhouse. I could not have been more disappointed with the meal. First of all, I thought the prices for meals...More

Great meal. We both had steaks (ribeye and small steak)--perfectly prepared and seasoned. Comfortable clean room at a great price (very comfortable mattress and BIG towels). For those who left less that good reviews about the food--ribeye steaks HAVE a bit of gristle: that's how...More

Diner at the Line Camp Steakhouse was great! The food was great (I can recommend the Filet Mignon Steak), the restaurant looks soooo lovely and the service was super friendly. Definitely a place you have to go when in or near Monticello!

We were starving after a long day of travel and really wanted a good meal. The steak did not disappoint. We both ordered the small steak(it was a good sized portion) and they were cooked to order. Beans were delicious. The menu is very limited...More

Amazingly good steaks in a traditional setting. This cook knows how to make a good steak and the side dishes are honest vegetables without any frills. I asked my steak to be rare because most cooks in the US overcook to my taste and I...More

We had dinner here during our stay in Monticello partly because of the reviews we read here. Maybe our expectations were too high but we found this place to be just ok. The atmosphere was quiet and decorated in rustic western. The meal is served...More

It is very easy to miss the entrance. If you can, go in the daylight for a recon. Heading south from Monticello it's on your right. Good choice.
