Good server and food, but very slow to be seated. Building at less than half capacity, empty tables everywhere.. but we're forced to wait with a dozen others in a small reception area.

This is just not your average Chilis. The food was ok. The service was slow, forced and ok. The wait was confusing. The bar area was open for dining, but only 1/4 of the restaurant was open for service....with around 3-5 parties waiting for tables....More
