Was recommended by a friend, and it was nearby, so I wanted to give it a try. Ordered the brisket and sausage combo. Must say it was some of the best I have had. Great smokey taste with a tangy sauce. I recommend also.

I have had their catering several times and found it to be good. My in laws were in town for the holidays from New Jersey. On our way to a different BBQ joint the traffic was bad so we decided to give pitmasters a try. BAD Decision! The service was poor. When we notes we had no silver ware they... More
I love ribs, so I had the ribs. Brought out dry rubbed and you can add bbq sauce as you like, which I did...and I liked a lot. Love coleslaw so I ordered that as a side. Loved that. It's not bland coleslaw that tastes like it's been in a plastic container for the past two days. The bbq beans... More
It's no wonder Pit Master BBQ is voted the best BBQ in The Woodlands, TX year after year. After moving to Texas we tried many different BBQ restaurants and this is our favorite. Portions are generous. We've gone back many times and will continue to do so.
Went here after craving some ribs so ordered the half chicken and half slab of ribs with corn, fried okra, and peach cobbler. It's called the best bbq in The Woodlands and that might be as far as it goes. It's average ribs and the sauce on the side is average as well. The chicken was tasty, but slightly dry.... More
I took my sales rep to lunch at Pit Master in the Woodlands this week. I got a sliced beef plate with coleslaw and beans. I asked for the fattier end of the brisket and got slices from the lean end. It was dry without much taste and the sauce was so/so. The coleslaw was not very good and the... More
My family and I have eaten here several times and tried most menu items. Service is always prompt and friendly, food is always hot and tasty. Our favorite is the Memphis Ribs, chopped brisket, and loaded baked potatoes. On one occasion my ribs were too fatty, but most of the time they have been among the best. The chicken is... More
They have a sign outside that says voted #1 in The Woodlands. By who? Bottom line...ribs dry, brisket drier. When the good reviews say try the potato...you know to leave. They aren't even number 1 in their own parking lot.
