Had the hatch chicken enchiladas, they were good but some of the chicken was tough and too big chunks for me. It would have been better if chicken had been cooked longer. Margarita was good good service

Their appetizer plate is great to split with friends. Two friends and I had that with a drink and creamy jalapeño and we were stuffed. Not the healthiest but really good. If you want healthy I love their chicken tortilla soup (hold the cilantro).
Enjoyed the wait, sitting in the shady cool spring air sipping a margarita on the rocks. Then inside in a side room that was not too noisy, in a booth for 6, so the 3 of us had room to spread out. Thin warm tortilla chips and creamy ranch/jalapeno dip (plus tomato salsa) were addictive, and bottomless and free! I... More
We had a business lunch at this location arriving at opening time. Being the first ones in the door service was fast and the food was prepared quickly. The server was polite , prompt and attentive. I had the chicken fajita salad which was piled with two cheeses, and plenty of chicken on the salad mix. The chips and salsa... More
We lived in The Woodlands, TX for several years and ate at the Chuy's there at least every other week. It became our go-to place for Tex-Mex. We visited this Chuy's while visiting friends in the area. As we now live in Florida we were hungry for good Tex-Mex. This was a little disappointing. Atmosphere is strip mall and service... More
The portion sizes were large and the food was hot. Rice was plentiful if unremarkable. The staff is friendly. Very bland salsa and meat.
Wonderful Tex-Mex food in a lively atmosphere! We stopped here for dinner and started with Margaritas and Texas martinis which were excellent. The chips and salsa were just great. The salsa was fresh and we requested their jalapeno ranch dip as well.. Three of us had the Thursday beef Rio Grande enchilada special, and one of us had the Southwestern... More
Family members who live in Round Rock eat here frequently. Not really a Tex-Mex fan, but food is good, reasonable prices, and adequate portion sizes.
I was staying at a nearby hotel that didnt have much of a restaurant - so walked over and ordered fish tacos and they were quick tasty and good price. I am not much for eating by myself in a restaurant so the curbside ordering was fabulous
Been goin to chuys decades, always consistent. Jalapeno ranch, nacho bar happy hour, great menu, superb staff, atmosphere is unequivocal(retro/hippie/mex/tex/rock n roll/definitely austintatious), kids n i have a blast everytime.
