Great food. Very different and has a buffet! Love the basmati rice and kabobs! Cucumber sauce is wonderful and the place is very clean and affordable

This restaurant is located in a strip shopping center, but is very nicely decorated inside. The food is always good and there are many options. They also offer a lunch buffet and have a community room that hosts weddings, etc.

I would like to take a moment and share our experience about our wedding reception recently held at Kasra Persian Cuisine restaurant. From the moment we began our discussion with the owner about a possibility of holding our reception there we were promised gold mountains. These included (but not limited to) several complimentary items, such as specialty fruit desert, red... More

Love the food. Buffet only at lunch time which is great for selecting your favorites. I like it all, but must now eat gluten free items. Fairly nice atmosphere, could use some help on their fountain/water feature. Great for lunch with friends or business. Fast in and out if you need it, but can linger and enjoy conversation. Wait staff... More

A really nice little gem located in north dallas. The food was very good (we ordered the family platters which are more economical with big groups specially M-Th) This is not affiliated with Kasra in Houston just like the 2 Bundu Khans in Houston and Dallas. The standout portion of the meal was the Kabuli Rice and the Burghq. Reason... More

We were in the area and in the mood for Middle Eastern food. Saw this place and decided to give it a try. Good choice! We were early on Saturday evening and only a few tables were filled. Service was prompt and friendly. Loved the hummas and bread. Kebobs were very tasty and served with a well cooked rice. We... More

A friend took me to Kasra for lunch this week in Richardson. The menu is traditional Afghan-Persian food. I live in Fort Worth so it was a treat for me. I have had some Middle Eastern food and Indian food, but this was fantastic. It was mouthwatering and so simple, but fresh. The chicken kabobs and beef kabobs were marinated... More
