This place was very good a year ago, but don't eat there now. The hamburger was like over cooked sawdust. Fries were ok. Green Chilli Taco what a joke....probably the worst taco we ever had anywhere. Inside Texas or out. Sorry, we are very disappointed...More

We visited here while on vacation because we saw this restaurant on the Day Tripper. We could not remember the dish that the Day Tripper ordered and asked the employees, who did not know either. Seems like they would remember that - but oh well....More

Another restaurant fall into the all too familiar Port Aransas restaurant scene. Closing at random during off season. I know it's been a tough year for all the businesses in Port A after the hurricane, but all the more reason to be open when you...More

Tex, we are sorry for your inconvenience. We close the week after Labor Day every year. This closure appears on our website, our Facebook page, and our front door. What else can we do to avoid your disappointment in the future?

Had the mahi fish tacos with the dragon sauce - ordered 2 thinking they'ed be small but 1 would have been plenty. The dragon sauce is great!

My family and I just tried to eat there today, I ordered the pork tenderloin appetizer and a Mahi Mahi taco. The tenderloin was unseasoned and dry. The pineapple sauce was not a sauce but a gelatinous mix of something that was cold and without...More

I'll be honest, when we drove up to this tiny restaurant for my birthday lunch, I was hesitant to go in. My husband insisted that I "not judge a book by it's cover." We ordered the garlic shrimp tacos, curried coconut shrimp tacos, and the...More

Don't be fooled by Irie's understated building and non-assuming presence. This "hole in the wall" is housing the tastiest menu around. It is also the most affordable non-fast food restaurant in Port A in my experience. The food is delicious and they offer a variety...More

We waited 2 days to go here since it’s closed Sunday and Monday. Man was it amazing. Shrimp po boys, tacos, beef and rice dish all glorious! And the beignets! Just as good as NOLA. Do not miss this spot! Oh and get there early...More

Tiny restaurant that serves unusual tacos, salads and rice bowls. They were out of some items so I had to pick something different but it was still yummy. Creme Brulee was a great dessert but beignets were heavy and lacking taste.

a real great find, everything so fresh and flavorful. Small place but they said they were expanding. I'm sure it will be full.

I don't believe there is one online. If you read other reviews on Iries on trip advisor that will give you some insight into the menu.

Description
Irie's Island Food is an extra casual, very small restaurant serving lunch only. Hours of operation are seasonal in this vacation town. We feature fresh handmade food prepared by the chef/owner who is a graduate of the Culinary institute of America. Creative tacos on house made tortillas, Hawaiian, Asian, American/tropical, and international cuisine is offered at our establishment. We also make New Orleans style beignets from scratch, roast our own coffee, and even have creme brulee to go!
