Grilled salmon enfolded in cream cheese with roasted red peppers pre-sented on a crostini accompanied by egg, capers and red onion
Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes
Two lump crab cakes enfolded with sauteed vegetables, lightly breaded and served with a chipotle remoulade atop a nest of baby greens.
Quail Tails
Semi-boneless bacon wrapped quail stuffed with Brie cheese and serrano peppers served on a bed of risotto.
Blackened Shrimp Skewers
3 large shrimp generously seasoned with blacken spice, pan seared and served with roasted red pepper and habanero chile lime inlays, garnished with perfectly ripe avocados, fried leeks, and lace potatoes.
Coconut Shrimp
Large shrimp coconut and panko crusted served with our signature raspberry chipotle orange marmalade, fried to golden brown served on baby greens and fried onions.
Grilled Oysters Rockefeller

The hotel opened this weekend, but the restaurant will take a few more weeks. Check the website. Very few of the restaurants are back open since Hurricane Harvey. Some are gone forever.

Very pricey. Food was good. Service was slow. We had reservations but they were not ready for us. Inside of restaurant was very smokey( from the food being cooked) we ended up sitting outside.

I have, with a nice shirt and shoes of course. I would be surprised if there's any place in Port Aransas that doesn't allow shorts...that would eliminate about 98% of the customer base!:)
