Heard about this place and had to give it a try. We weren't sure if our 5 year old would like it and she loved it. She was sampling off everyone's plates and there wasn't one thing she didn't like. When we offered her a taste of sauerkraut (which we all agreed was wonderful) I thought it might not go... More

It was such a great experience all the way around. Will be back. It was a great family atmosphere and the kids enjoyed the music. I'm not normally a beer drinker but I must say it was pretty good and cold!

What a nice surprise in the middle of Houston area. The décor and uniforms just helps to make it more authentic. Very good service, loved the pork knuckle and Pear Schnapps... Will go back soon... Totally worth the trip if you like German cuisine or would like to try it.

Great selection of German Beers and menu items. Nice Weinerschnitzel and very good sausages. We tried several and purchased some sausages to go.

And Monday is pork shank night at King's. As we entered, four people came out, and they stopped to rave about the pork shank. That's not what we intended to have (King's is famous for sausage), but after their enthusiastic comments, we decided to try it out. On the menu, the pork shank is $29.90, but on Monday nights, it's... More

Food is good, fun atmosphere and the beer is great. Cost a little more than I like to spend, but before you get the check you will enjoy yourself.

We went there for lunch on a Sunday and it wasn't a busy day. A lot of tables and parking spots were empty. We went in and the host said we can go back to the bar area to sit. We sat near the bar at a bar table and, after 20 minutes, nobody came to the table. No bartender... More

Let me preface my review by saying that I'm Austrian and know what good German food is. I've been to King's several times with rising expectations prior to each visit that were not favorably met. The food is unremarkable and way over priced for the portion size. I find King's assertion to be the "best German restaurant in North America"... More

So with an 18 month old and a 5 year old, it's hard to find a place to go out to eat where the kids can be themselves. With the live music and patio seating, the dining experience is enjoyable for our whole family! Growing up in a German family, I love the authentic food!

Good meal choices and nice sized lunch specials. German beers are great. Wild game sausages are unique and very good. Military discount is appreciated. Plenty of parking now that the car wash is gone.
