There was a 15 minute wait for a table, but as it was the morning after Thanksgiving that was no surprise, and the estimated wait time given when we arrived was almost exact. We came in just after 11 and were afraid breakfast hours might be over, but it was no problem. The service was quite good considering the crowd... More

The breakfast is amazing from French toast made from thier own in house challah bread to the honey pecan butter. The Monte Cristo is also tasty which consist of 2eggs and ham and dipped in thier french toast batter with a side of fresh cut fruit and maple syrup. The bacon jack avocado melt omelett and pefectly cooked potatoes are... More

They offer both German and Italian food. All three dishes we had were good: Bratwurst, Schnitzel and Penne Diavolo. The chef is from Cologne, Germany as was our nice waitress, Sarah. Good food at reasonable prices!

9:30am: Shell in the eggs, ordered over medium eggs yet my plate was swimming in yolk, raw pancakes, coffee was never hot, a very unsatisfying meal. And to boot we could barely get the waitress to actually stop and listen when we spoke to her. She always had one leg stretched out ready to leave the table. We will stick... More

Visited for lunch after 1:00 pm and not as crowed with no wait. I had the soup and salad combo of tomato basil soup and hill country salad. Soup was very good and the salad was "salad". I also ordered the potato chips which were excellent.

I'll start with the rave-this meal may make my top 5 ever. The massive French toast is so thick and dense, the pecan butter and creme anglaise where an absolute special treat! I would go back again and again and never order anything else! Although a half order is more than I could finish in a sitting! My husband had... More

Took a grandson here for breakfast two weeks ago; everything was great. We were eating pancakes but marvelling about how good the biscuits looked. So today I took my wife to breakfast, telling her how much better the food was than the last time we gave up coming here. Ouch. Sausage was not even warm. We were both looking forward... More

Love the food and atmosphere. A nice hometown feel in New Braunfels. Sure beats the chain restaurants.

Not handicap friendly. This was, simply put, an awful and embarrassing experience. My husband suffers from cancer and is quite weak. When I asked hostess if it was possible to sit in a particular spot because of this difficulty she agreed....then we were ignored. When I tried to flag down a waitress she refused to service our table--even after I... More

Diane V. We sincerely apologize for your recent visit to Fork and Spoon. We believe there was a miscommunication that took place on various levels. Yes, the host did agree that you could have that table but she did also tell you that we still had a wait for an outside table. We unfortunately, did not have a server for... More

Fork and Spoon is a cute little place for a nice little breakfast. Our server was very nice and attentive to coffee and water needs. The food was decent and will try again when we stop through. Check the windmill in the back!
