Immediately upon entering the restaurant I wanted to walk back out again as I was hit with a foul smell a bit like old socks. Unfortunately I was with someone which made it difficult and awkward so we continued on to be shown to our table. The food was fine, in fact the grilled asparagus was delicious but the service... This was my first visit to this Steak House. I order the Chicken Fried Chicken and it was good. I also has the salad bar which was great. The service was good . The food was good. The atmosphere was nothing special but it was nice and quiet if that's what you like. I will go back to this steakhouse.

Food was fine --- good salad bar, baked potatoes were cooked like they should be. Filet was a little thin for my liking but overall tasty. Brittany served us in the bar area and she was awesome especially handling a party of 9 with 2 small children.

Just bland and watery boiled vegetables, meat over cooked, salad choice was better. Unexciting overall, but it was busy so many other customers must like the food. Service was very good.

My son and I stopped at Wrangler Steak House and had a very nice meal. I had the Ribeye Steak (Cooked perfectly to Medium and seasoned nicely) with a tasty accompaniment of Grilled Asparagus and Fresh Sweet Potato Fries. My son had the Macaroni and Cheese, and he said "Dad, this is good!" I also tried the Fresh Housemade Peach... More

heard there was a good salad bar - very average with nothing special some might like the buffet - I'm a Texan and it was very southern, which means a little overcooked and fatty for me. however, people were nice and very comfortable.

Nice steak, loaded baked potato, and decent salad bar for local steakhouse. Clean enough. Staff really stressed due to historic flooding while we were there, but still served us as best they could.

Located at a main intersection--easy access. Typical old decor. Good salad bar. The hamburger as well as chicken fried steak were average. If going north, wait to eat until College Station

My wife and I like to frequent country towns on the weekends. We had gone to a quilt show in Plantersville and stopped in Navasota after we left to eat lunch. Choices were fast food or the Wrangler Steak house. Fortunately we chose wisely and picked the Wrangler Steak house. Food was excellant and the service was fast and friendly.... More

We were in walking distance and it had good reviews on trip advisor. Small salad bar, but it had a variety of items. Everyone was happy with the meal they ordered, steak, fried shrimp and catfish, and ribs. Waiter was friendly and attentive.
