Great food wine and surroundings supplemented by great service. A really relaxing convivial evening at the end of our weeks skiing guarantees our Return next year

Really excellent food - and not just Savoyarde specialities - at this small restaurant. First rate steak, beef, ribs etc; lamb, chicken and I think fish also on the menu. Huge portions. Plus the usual fondues. Great and friendly service. Cheapest wine is around Euro20 (no pichets). Recommended.

If meat, beautifully cooked over a wood fire or in a wood burning oven, is your thing then you'll be in heaven here. Whether it's slow cooked beef cheeks, delicious magnet de canard or one of the best cote de boeuf I've eaten anywhere it was all delicious and beautifully presented. The dining room is homely and a pleasant surprise... More

On the top floor of a shop complex which you have to walk through to access the restaurant, it doesn't look that appealing, but once inside it is delightful. The decor was really simple but pretty, the food and wine were superb (all cooked on an open wood fire) and the service was great. I would thoroughly recommend this restaurant... More

Very nice restaurant with authentic local food. We took the cheese fondue, a delicious choice. Seeing the cook at work behind his open fire, is a real treat and makes you crave for food!

Made the mistake of not booking so had a 9pm table but it was worth it. Great service from both ladies and the chef is in a small kitchen with charcoal and wood to make the steaks even nicer. All served on lovely slate plates with delicious sauces/powders and a mix of veg that you cant stop eating even when... More

We love this restaurant. The care the owners put into their welcome and the food is evident. They stand above the rest. They offer a small yet delicious range of options but don't come for galette and pizza. This has much better good quality gourmet options. The open kitchen allows you to see the owner chef cooking the meats, Heating... More

We love this bar, especially the fire & sofas, if you can get them! The owner & staff are very friendly. Happy hour is 4.30-6.30. German beer Paulaner is great. There's also an electronic dart board for those who play darts.
