Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The first time we went, the food was good, and we got great service. The second time, the very arrogant "head waiter" was rude. We will never go back.

It was busy when we arrived but we were found a table. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food is typical of the mountains and presented nicely. It's not somewhere you rush back to if other options were available, but if a carb hit is what...you need with a beer then it does a job right next to the lift.More

Our group of 8 skiers stopped for lunch here and were particularly impressed by the friendly welcome from staff, who were efficient with their service as well. We had two vegan members who were very happy with their menu options. Apparently the vin chaud was...excellent, but all drinks and food were enjoyed by all. We will try and ski via this restaurant again.More

Fairly busy place at lunch time. Simple but varied menu in French and English, including kids menu. I had plat du jour (pictured) on 2 occasions and was not disappointed! 2 adults and 2 children will set you back at least €50. Very fast service!

We stopped here most afternoons after ski-ing. The waitresses were friendly and efficient. Prices reasonable and there was even a live performance on Thursday afternoon. A very sunny deck. Worth a visit!

Nice and friendly staff. We came in once for lunch, the lady serving us were so friendly and happy! She's always so pleased to serve us! Smiling and welcoming happy face! It's always nice to see. The man serving outside is also very kind and...friendly! We will try and reserve a table today for lunch again! 😊More

Decided to eat here at the very foot of the slopes and ski lift. Seats are offered outside in what is basically a decent sun trap. Mountain style local food is offered at a decent price with a good selection of wine and local beers....I enjoyed a mountain food style omelette which was huge, filling and delicious. Ideal location means this is highly recommended.More

Great place for morning coffees, lunch or après ski! Always superb welcoming service no matter how busy they are and excellent value for money. Refreshing change from other ski restaurants.

Lovely, welcoming place at all times with great quality food and service and sensible pricing. Staff always seemed to go the extra to make you feel welcome even if we stayed just for a coffee.

If you are skiing from this area, and are riding the gondola at all there is a good chance you will be stopping here for a beer. There NYE party is the best in town, and there is always a good crowd, the owners are...very friendly, and its one of the few places with a main floor bathroom. Huge deck outside, beer prices are high but its on the mountain so what do you expect. We will be back.More

Excellent food, very generous portions (perfect for the much-needed hungry lunch!) and very friendly staff. We stopped here twice and always got a great seat in the sun while watching the skiers go by and taking in the hustle-bustle of the place. Super!

Not often I write an opinion on a restaurant / bar but the service we received here was second to none, quite exceptional. Very refreshing to be so welcomed every time by all staff throughout our stay regardless of if we were in our group...of 15 with kids (without reservation!) or a couple for a morning coffee. If you are looking for a lunch spot on the slopes then this is it. Highly recommend.More
