We've been going to this restaurant for many years, and it's our go-to for real Thai and Lao food. You won't find ketchup in their Pad Thai. Their Nam Khao is the best to be had in the GTA. Chicken laab is never enough. Som Tam is pungent the way it should be - and delicious. We've taken so many... More

We have been to this restaurant many times. Quite frankly if it wasn't that the food was so good, I would never go here. The service is so bad most of the time especially on a Saturday night. Not sure if this is because of all the take out business but you can count on them screwing up your order... More

Good food but not a great environment. Needs a renovation. I wouldn't take friends or have business meetings at this location

The best Thai food in the GTA. I am always disappointed going anywhere else.Everything is super fresh and excellent quality. Never had a bad meal here in over 10 years.

Ghai is not my first choice for dinner out, but i loved my meal. Everything was delicious. All of us loved our meal. Service was slow. We were the 2nd table to order and it took over half an hour for our food. It got very busy with dining in and take out. The servers also messed up on my... More

The good about this restaurant is that the food is excellent. The bad is that service is not always the best. I have been there when it was packed and have watched those who came after us get food while we still waited. I have also been here when we were first ones in restaurant and still saw those come... Four of us stopped in for dinner at this nondescript little storefront in the strip mall at 2150 Steeles because Thai Bamboo appeared to have an authentic Thai cuisine menu. We've visited Thailand more than once, and two in our party lived in Bangkok for a few years, so we're all partial to real Thai food. The spring rolls were... More

I like little unassuming places like this for lunch. The prices are reasonable, the food is tasty. I liked the flat noodles with black-bean chicken. Generally these places give better value than many other options in this desolate part of the world. But could it be that this resto is coasting on their reputation? Junk is piled up in the... More

Many people who work in the area come here for lunch, and it's a popular weekend spot as well. They serve good Thai dishes, in the range of $8 to $12, and have takeout as well.
