You can't beat Cafe J for a nice meal close to Tech. We've been many times over the years for both brunch and dinner, and we've never been disappointed.

Directly across from the Texas Tech campus, this is a nice restaurant where we stopped for Brunch en route to Santa Fe. The French toast was super light and airy, and the coconut pancakes were fantastic too. Coffee was delicious and plentiful. Service was attentive.

We were there on a Wednesday evening and ate out on the patio. The service was excellent and they have a nice wine list. The food was also very good. Prices are above average. We would go back.
