A must visit whenever we are in Longview for the best Cajun food anywhere. Many options but the crawfish combo is our favorite.

Dudley's Cajun is as good or better than any I've had in Louisiana. Always fresh and seasoned just right. From jambalaya, to crawfish etouffee, to crawfish and meat pies, fried shrimp....it's all great!

Good crawfish etouffe and fried tails. A little saltier than I prefer, but that's not unusual for Cajun food. Music from the 60's reminds me of WTIX (New Orleans AM radio station) of that era. I kept half expecting to hear a "Pontchatrain Beach" commercial. Beer was cold and served in a frosty mug.

I have never had crawfish etouffee that even comes close to Dudleys! It is accompanied by yummy rolls and creamy coleslaw! It's delicious!

I really don't understand why Dudley's gets such great reviews. We tried the enchiladas and a couple other dishes. The enchiladas were EXTREMELY salty. The service was ho hum, and Dudley seemed annoyed and unhappy to be there. We won't be back.

I love to eat here. The fried shrimp is lightly breaded and lightly seasoned with Cajun spices. The coleslaw is delicious with the fresh saltines. My only problem is that my husband does not eat seafood, and he is not too fond of the steak there. But if you want good Cajun seafood, this is the best. I could eat... More

the staf was friendly and promnt to serve us as soon as we were seated they were asking if we wanted cole slaw which is their signature salad. Our order was taken promptly and even though they were very busy our food was served promptly. You need to get there early on Friday evenings becayse they are very busy.

Absolutely love the Crawfish combo and bread pudding here though all of the food is delicious. Go here and try something new, you won't regret it.
