The food was pretty good, service was okay, & the place was clean. We split a large drink that was very good.

This was a very good place to eat, but the last three visits have been very disappointing. Food not fresh, restaurant not clean, staff not trained, and food not cooked correctly. I told the manager that the pork was not good and spoiled, he replied 'I do not eat pork so I cannot tell.' I will not go back to... More

The food here is great! The service is a little lacking. Went in for lunch. There were just a few patrons there and the wait staff was a bit overwhelmed. The waiter was non existent for the table next to me! When he finally showed up he said he was sorry he was a bit overwhelmed for lunch!!! What? I... More

This place is ok. I have a issue with restaurants with smells when you walk in, and this one has one of those smells. Watched a girl double dip in one of the sauces and not report it. We are passing thru so will not be here again.

This is a great place to eat. Since you are picking what you want in your bowl you have total control of how much you put in your bowl, and the taste. ALWAYS walk out feeling stuffed, and very happy you went :-)

This is the second Genghis Grill I have visited that was poorly managed and operated. Visited at lunch but not very busy. Many food items were empty. Spices were miss labeled. The trays and spice bowls were soaking wet...not dried when placed out for the customer. My food was delivered without the cook adding the sauce I gave them. I... More

Our server was very polite and helpful. The food was great. First time eating at a Genghis Grill. Our first choice was the Texas Roadhouse next to the Best Western Motel. However, the recent storm caused the electricity outage for that part of town. Yes, we were on the dividing service line for the city. Great time to try something... More

My advice to you is to overload the bowl because the food cooks down quite a bit. I like that you can make your food loaded with meat as you want it or loaded with veggies- its up to you! Pick your sauce and have them cook it! great food.

Our first time here and not sure what to do. We got one menu per table. No real understanding how to go about going through the buffet. You build your own meal and add sauces ad spices and noodles as you go. Not a big fan. Food was just so so. Don't think we will be going back.
