Got up early on a Saturday morning to get there by 8 am. You have to be there early as they are sold out by 9 or 10, and they are only open on Saturdays. But it was well worth it! Great sausage, delicious Beef brisket, and that pork steak...just WOW! Say hi to Tootsie, the 80 year pitmaster...a great... More

I ordered 3 lbs. of beef brisket and one slab of ribs from Snow's BBQ Market in Lexington, TX. Since I live in Scottsdale, AZ,. I ordered real Texas BBQ from Snow's via INTERNET. All products arrived in great condition having been packaged perfectly. You must follow the rules and order by 5pm on Friday for two day shipping on... More

Staff was very polite....BBQ sells out fast. Opens at 8 we showed up at 11 and we're able to snag 2 lbs brisket. Everything else sold out. Neat atmosphere with great places to sit outside and eat. Folks line up early to assure they get BBQ.

Just made our 2nd trip and I am ready for more. We had the melt in your mouth brisket, the awesome ribs and chicken with the sides. This is the best BBQ we have ever had even after making the BBQ trail. It is worth the wait and come before the heat of the summer! We are already making plans... More

This is good barbecue! Well worth the drive from Austin. After trying 13 other places in and around Austin, this was the best. We tried pretty much everything on the menu. Every dish was good perfectly. Note: They are only open on Saturdays and start early (8am). They only serve food until the meat runs out, so get there early.... More

People line up at 10:30 for the most mediocre ( or worse) barbecue around. The sausage is edible but the rest is not tasty, it's fatty, tasteless...I keep thinking I was there on their "off" day but I'm not getting up to make it Lexington on Saturday AM for lousy barbecue.

Arrived 7:30 with my wife, after an easy 1 hour drive from North Austin. 20 people in line for the 8 am opening. Friendly conversation with those in line. Helpful servers inside, simple but adequate grounds outside to eat. Bought $250 of BBQ which was well worth it. My ratings: Sausage - A+. Best I've had. Ever. Ribs - A+.... More

My husband and I drove 1 1/2 hours from New Braunfels just to eat again their melt-in-your mouth barbecue. The brisket is our favorite item, but the ribs are super good, too. Remember they are only open on Saturdays. Come early or call ahead to reserve your selections.

When in Texas I always want barbecue! A friend of mine who knew I would be close texted me and wanted to know if I was willing to go try this place. It was noted as being the number one BBQ in Texas! So I was happy to join him and his wife to Snow's BBQ! There was a line... More
