Stopped here on the way back home the day after Christmas. We were all starving and wanted something local but quick. Place was packed but we found a spot right away. The kids got mini burgers and liked them. My husband picked a regular burger and the patty was seriously thin. He wished he had ordered the 1/4 lb size.... More

From the friendly service to the wide variety of menu items, it is clear why Elvis liked to grab a bite here while stationed at Fort Hood.

If you want an authentic hamburger from Texas just go to Storms. They have been a tradition in these parts for as long as I can remember. The whole menu is good. Just pull in and order. You won't be disappointed.

Storms is a great drive in. Great old fashioned hamburgers. A burger for every appetite whether it is large or small. Spicy curly fries are not ever really spicy. Vanilla Dr. Pepper is awesome. Good ice cream too. Try the Storms Special. If you are driving through Burnet, Lampasas, and Hamilton, the Lampasas Storms is the best in my opinion.

Storms is a must stop if you are going to or through Lampasas. The burgers are great old school burgers and the Frosted Big Red is amazing! Like I said love Storm's

Keep in mind that this is a fast food restaurant. The two times that I've eaten a hamburger here I was impressed. The fries were a little greasy this time around. The service was fast and friendly, and the food was fresh.

The taste is good but the amount of grease is insane. I would recommend this for younger people only.

Very good burgers and fries. They have a nice little area outside for you to sit and eat if you choose Also the drive in has the same menu on both driver and passenger side so everyone can see the menu. Great service quick easy and hot meal Mmmmm Recommend

I'm basing this review on the three times I've visited Storm's. I want it to be good. It looks like it would be delicious, but I just don't see the appeal. I'm down for a good old fashion greasy hamburger, but this was such a let down. Today, the last time I'll give it a go, I got a double... More

JennyK4, I hate to hear that after three visits, you haven't found something you love about our food. We work hard to make sure we're serving fresh and flavorful food (exactly the way you order it), and I'm sorry that we've let you down. As you can probably see from our other reviews, this isn't our usual way of doing... More

We stopped here on our way back from the TMEA convention, and they had really good burgers. It was nice out so it was cool that they not only had seats outside, but also a way to order outside too
