We were looking for a light lunch after exchanging our rental car at DFW at around 2pm and found this restaurant via Googling. The restaurant is spacious, quite large, clean and the tables are placed reasonably far apart. We all ordered the "large" Pho with varying requests for the coriander and onions. After a wait well under 10 minutes, our... More

Saw that this place has Pho which is a favorite. Large bowl with water came to 8.79. Very good taste, but a little short on the brisket. Average amount of meat balls. Bowl size for large is good volume. Had decent number of clients considering it was 1:30pm and raining. Ranked as average because the Pho liquid just wasn't piping... More

Service and food are great, however there is a very loud blender at the front counter. When in use it is impossible to communicate in the front portion of the dining room.

One of my colleagues is Vietnamese and makes a pilgrimage every time he is in town. I " blame" him for getting me hooked on Pho (pronounced "Fuh") This is the "real deal" for Vietnamese cuisine. They offer a wide variety of Asian dishes. It can be a challenge to pick a single dish from the menu. Don't hesitate to... More

There seems to be no lack of ethnic restaurants in Irving especially Vietnamese and Indian. Pho Empire is another little gem. I order the small bowl of Pho Chin Bo Vien (beef pho with brisket and beef meatball). There was an ample amount of meat and the broth was, thankfully, devoid of the floating grease that seems so common on... More

Food was ok, ordered the extra large bowl of beef noodle soup, not enough meat, pretty bland. Chicken wings were flavorful though. Most importantly, customer service was poor, seems like the waitress didn't want to be there at all. Will not be back.

I've even coming here for 5 years. Quick, good tasting food. I love their spring rolls, always fresh. Will definitely keep coming.

I found their stock to be very sweet in both the pho and bun bo Hue. Good flavor, but too sweet. The papaya salad was good.

We've been going to this place since it was Pho Republic - for the last 13 years. Although, it changed name and perhaps ownership, it is still one of the best Pho place in the area. We loved this place. Our fixed for whenever we want to have a great soup, spring roll and bakmi sandwich, especially when the weather... More

I have been to this place several times, and it has never disappointed me! The pho is very very good! tasty soup, tender beef and soft rice noodles! The sandwiches are really good! Cheap and good food!
