New restaurant in the location - Café Azur is a French restaurant that focuses on the Southern Cuisine of France with a little bit of Northern Italian influence as well. Did not eat here only looked in. Interior redone in brighter, more modern style than previous restaurant. Nice linens and decorations.

Always wonderful food. Very casual setting. Can be a little loud, as there is little fabric to soak up the conversations and tables are placed close together. Awesome brunch, too!

I gave this place at least 3 chances. Their crepes are good, waffles are decent and the outdoors make it as close to a bistro as you can find in the middle of the city. With this being said, the hostess and some of the waiters are less than friendly, for reasons that are beyond my comprehension. I got really... More

I don't get into many French Restaurants but found everything from the Ribeye to the Golden Tile was great. The service wasn't bad but darn sure wasn't memorable.

I was driving around the Museum District trying to locate a place for lunch. Traffic was insane and parking was non-existent. I checked on Tripadvisor and Brasserie Max and Julie caught my eye. It is located maybe 3 minutes from the MFA - I was able to park right on the street in front of the restaurant. It was a... More

French onion soup, pate, Ceaser salad with fresh anchovies, steak tartare with a quail egg...voilà...oh, but the young waiter is on Prozac or is a zombie. Too bad. Almost a great meal.

I've been here a couple of times with family. The atmosphere is wonderful - casual and quiet enough to carry on a conversation. The food has always been excellent in my experience, and the wait staff seem knowledgeable and are always helpful. Highly recommended if you're in the mood for French food.

A good place to dine on Sunday night. As pointed on TA, it’s loud if customers are loud, which can be (and was for a while) somewhat annoying. The food was excellent and came to the table nicely hot and well seasoned. All diners were enjoying themselves and comprised people of many ages and dispositions. The servers were hustling their... This is one of those places that makes you feel like you are in France. The wine list is solid, and the foie gras isn't to be missed. I'd say the steak au poivre is probably my favorite entree here. Though, now that I live in walking distance I hope to see if that is still the case! I feel... More
