Great restaurant in the Lancaster Hotel. Perfect venue for dinner before a show. Small menu but excellent preparation and high quality dishes. Good wine list.

Great dinner. Environment. Servers outstanding. We had grilled seabass on spinach with asparagus. Great cauliflower appetizer. We love this place. High end price but worth the experience.

We dined here before our show at the Alley theater. We were staying at the Hotel and chose mainly for the convenience. The dining room is small but nice. The staff is efficient and friendly. My wife and I both ordered crab cakes and salads. They were quite good, not the best I've had, but very good. Salads were nice... More

The crab cakes and sea bass were outstanding. Bob the Bartender gave great descriptions and recommendations.

We had a lovely dinner with friends before heading to the Alley Theater. Service and food was excellent and par for the course. Nice to be able to valet park and walk across the street to the theater, as well.

My wife, son and mother-in-law stopped here today before an afternoon matinee at the Alley Theatre. We were not disappointed! The food and service were excellent. It is on the pricey side, but I didn't walk out feeling like we didn't get our money's worth. We had the brunch menu. I chose "The Lancaster" which was basically Eggs Benedict --... More

This is a convenient restaurant when you stay at The Lancaster because there aren't many decent choices downtown. Be prepared, however, for runaway prices. My meal - salmon - overcooked - was mediocre.

If attending the Jones Hall, try the Bistro Lancaster for dessert and a nightcap after, fabulous and tasty too!

Great food and the best bartenders in town. Jeff and Bob. You can't go wrong as a pre-theatre stop for dinner or a cocktail.

Had a very nice dinner with friends before heading across the street to the Alley Theater. Nice wine and cocktails. Excellent salmon dish. New simplified menu with excellent choices. More appetizers and salads for a lighter fare.
