Kim hai has closed down and Pho Van has taken its place, which is even better than Kim hai! And the owner is a very nice guy great place to get some delicious food.

This place is catered towards your everyday "American" Chinese food, not authentic whatsoever. The Vietnamese food could be better compare to other Kim Son's.
This is one of the best places to have Vietnamese food in Southeast Houston area, there aren't many good places in this part of town. The crab, wonton noodle soup, pho, dry rice noodle definitely worth the try. Mid price range

Food was not what we expected. Beef and scallions was SALTY and tasted like gravy. Garlic shrimp was the savior with decent flavors . The club next door made it difficult to enjoy a conversation and you could feel it in the table and walls.
