This is a good restaurant with nice Gujarati food. None of the food item will give you a hint that you are eating out of India. However, it is a bit pricey. I paid 90 USD for 4 persons (incl. tip). If you do not crave for gujarati food avoid this, there are plenty of other options in Houston.

This place serves an unending thali of Gujarati food until you tell them to stop. You get about nine or ten items. All items were superior. They offer options like Jain and lacto-ovo vegetarian in addition to vegetarian. It is authentic Indian food. The place gets packed quickly, so it must appeal to a lot of people.

The good gujarati food away from home. Staff is courteous although some non Indian staffs are employed, they do not understand the items but at least pronounces correctly. Full marks for food quality and service. They charges the gratuity as part of standard bill.

I lived in India for 16 years and it was a treat to find an authentic thali service in the US. Here, the experience is as important as the food. You are pampered from the moment you walk in until you leave. After the traditional hand-washing, the waitstaff whisks to and from filling the small bowls on your thali with... More

Went there on recommendation of friends and we were not disappointed. It being a Saturday, the place was choc a block and huge waiting line but we were seated within 15 mins. The food was great, awesome food variety. The taste was authentic Indian. We found the price a bit on the higher side but was worth it. Would recommend... More

This place serves an Indian Thali (Platter) with an assortment of vegetables and lentils as well as a desert. You can eat as much as you want for about 20 $. The service is good and the staff are waiting for you to finish so that they can refill your bowls.

We loved maharaja bhog in Mumbai and were delighted to find them here when we relocated to Houston! Every item in the thali is great , as good as the one in Mumbai. I went for Sunday lunch and besides the usual items like Paneer, potato, bhindi they had gujju and marwadi dishes like dal bati and sweet dal. The... More
