If you are looking for western style Chinese and over the top service go to Yauatcha. This is Hong Kong Style - straightforward and fast. Food tastes authentic and even my kids are willing to travel from woodlands to eat here. Can get dim sum plus chow fun plus great entrees. Just wish it was closer!

For a quick dim sum meal, a visit during your shopping at Galleria Mall to E Tao is worthy it. The food was tasty, the savings were generous and whilst there wa san eye ash on the table when we sat down, we managed and enjoyed the quick meal. I will go back!

The food here is fantastic! I had the "crispy eggplant in spicy Szechuan sauce" and it had an amazing flavor combination, as well as a unique combination of crunchy and soft textures. It was served with a pyramid of rice. The service was similarly excellent, and I always had water in my cup. I was disappointed by the high prices... More

We had lunch at this Asia restaurant, and ordered the following dishes: 1. Roast duck which was pretty ok but relatively boney and didn't have much meat. 2. Hot and sour soup which was quite up to standard but could have been a little spicier. 3. The salt fish fried rice was actually the best fish which had the aromatic... More

Great dim sum for the location inside the mall! We passed by many times and never thought to try b/c we thought it would be poor quality due to its location. Our friend recommended that we give it a try. It was pretty authentic Chinese food! We were amazed to see the chef hand made the pork dumplings! Pan-fried pork... More

Real Asian good inn the galleria mall. We really enjoyed the variety of noodles and sauces. It doesn't disappoint and the cost is reasonable.

It was a little pricey for mall food but the atmosphere was better than a food court and the food was very authentic American Chinese

Really good food. I'm amazed that this is in a mall. All the dim-sum items are good, but especially the soup dumplings. The price is a bit high, but definitely worth it if you are looking for good Chinese food. Located on the second level near Nordstroms. Parking can be challenging on the weekends.

E-Tao is dependably good and fast. They have a nice variety of more Americanized and authentic dishes. They have something for everyone. They are also open to customizing dishes as needed. Very good with kids because you can get in and out fast. And it is a nice change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the Galleria.

If you have ever traveled to Vancouver and eaten Chinese food there, then you will love E-Tao. This place is know for their soup dumplings. While you're eating these tasty things, you will be asking yourself "how did they get the soup in here to begin with??" You must try their crab fried rice also!
