First, i got the feeling that I was really disturbing the man serving the food and that I was lucky that he was helping me. I just returned home from Europe and this was the worse I have been treated in a week. The BBQ food was good, but for a $27 meal (including water to drink) I would have... More

My wife and I were passing through the Houston airport and needed to find something to eat before our next flight. We've been vegetarians for over twenty years and are acutely aware that airports are terrible places to find healthy food choices, so we walked all around Terminal C until we came across "Real Food". The name was promising and... More

I understand food in airports is going to be overpriced and usually not the best, but I highly recommend to find somewhere else to overpay for airport food. We wanted "real food" and thought this place would be appropriate (hence the name); my fiancé and I both were served scrambled eggs, 1 bratwurst style sausage, and 1 scoop of breakfast... More

Go away. Worst sushis ever: not even good, soy sauce outrageously salty and expensive prices. Never again!

This is a large food court/cafeteria type restaurant where they have several different lines with different types of food and then you pay as you go into the dining area. We didn’t have too much time, and we didn’t see much else around, so we decided to give it a shot. The BBQ line looked decent, and the huge pile... More

Saw this restaurant while walking between terminals in IAH. Decided to take a closer look, and so glad we did. Ended up ordering two breakfast plates (eggs, grits, sausage, and biscuit). There must be some truth for everything being bigger in Texas, because the portions we received was beyond normal. All of this for $20. Now that's a bargain for... More

We had a stopover at Houston and stumbled into this fast food restaurant. We were surprised how well the BBQ pork was prepared: juicy, tasty, and tender. The price was reasonable as the portion was big. We were happy to get a nice meal before heading for another 6 hours of flight.

Normally, I don't pay attention to airport food, but I went here last year and enjoyed it, and made a point to eat here again when changing planes here last week, with my son. Good choices - I especially liked the sausage.

Employes at the real food in the houston airport are the worst. I though this was self service because they were all standing around joking. Not even a "good morning". On top of that they gave me the greasiest tray ever and the skinny old lady gave me an attitude and started talking about me with a fellow employe when... More

This doesn't quite justify a single star, but it's pretty close and I wouldn't eat here again. The service was lackluster at best, and surly at worst. While the ribs were fine (generous portion, meaty, and acceptably tender), the rest of the meal was sub-par. Tired chicken, bland and gloppy mac-n-cheese, uneven coleslaw, etc etc. Don't be suckered in by... More
