Our college student took us here for lunch. What a great meal, good service, Guiness beef pot pie was delish. Many things in the menu were British /Indian fusion, like the shepard's pie, traditional, but with spices...so good.

Went last week with my hubby and another couple. I think we arrived around 6:30 pm and the restaurant was about half full. We got a table with no issues. It is quite loud and a little dingy in its atmosphere, but I guess that's the "pub" feel, but it's only somewhat accurate. Our waitress was odd from the beginning.... More

This is a great place to get a beer and curry in Houston. The atmosphere is bustling (in a good way). Beer selection is good. They have vegetarian options.

Lots of places in Houston have good beer. Lots have good food. Lots have great service. A few, like the Queen Vic have all three. Great fish and best ever chips. We want to go back to try the rest of the menu. Truly English with the realms many cuisines represented.

We were recommended here by my Indian friend. We were not disappointed. The curries were fantastic, and my non-adventurous daughter was happy with her fish and chips. Even my coffee was really good. I will have to invent a reason to get back to Houston so I can eat here again. They also have valet only parking.

Great staff, great food, great place to visit. It's one of my favorite bars in Houston. I never have had a bad meal there and they do offer non Indian food as well. Can't be beat!

Judging from the menu and what we all ate, chef inspired is true. The burgers and Asian dishes looked great. However an English style pub should provide great fish and chips. They don't. A lack of malt vinegar but ketchup in a little cup that made it heard to use and a natter that made the fish remind you of... More

This is my second visit here and I have come to the conclusion that while I love the decor, the food is a total disappointment Today for afternoon tea I took the goats cheese and strawberry sandwiches and paid extra for a second sandwich which was cucumber and cilantro. The fillings were just ok, it was the bread which was... More

As an Australian living in the US I love to find homeland restaurants. On a recent visit to Houston this place came up. We went for dinner excited by the menu. We got starters and mains. For starters we ordered an onion and zucchini bahji which was nice, a salad which I'm still dreaming about and a sausage roll. It... More

I've been to QVP several times and end up getting different menu items each time along with a different beer each visit. Everything on the menu is delicious, the Scotish egg, deviled eggs, lamb curry, cold meat and cheese plate, amazing salads....everything is delicious. I can't wait to return!
