I met girlfriends for lunch and it was fabulous! We had the sausage for an appetizer and all 3 of us had the sea bass. The sea bass melted in my mouth - I am not sure when I've had a lunch this good. I will definitely go back!

We've had dinner here twice and we enjoyed it both times. The food is creative and really good. The atmosphere is nice. Yes, it is expensive. The waiters are very attentive but both times we felt that they tried too hard…too over-the-top friendly. Regardless, we will keep coming back. Maybe open a Peli Peli in The Woodlands?

Food was expensive and very bland. It was really disappointing. The service was ok, hostess ignored us and left us standing, after 10 minutes the manager stepped in. The thing that I found really poor was how filthy their bathrooms were. I would expect them to be in good maintenance and clean. Sadly not, something they need to address. I... More

A unique dining experience with flavors never before encountered. The peppadew peppers and other spices bring many dishes to life. Above average wine list and well stocked bar. The service is phenomenal with well informed and knowledgeable wait staff. Be sure to have Chef Paul explain the significance of the decor.

Still good. The food is tasty. Try something different. My favorite is the curry. If you have never had oxtail be adventurous. It is naturally sweet in taste. Let me knowwhat you think. Enjoy

This is where we go for special occasions. The place for a variety. The beef tongue i had was so tender and lightly flavored. Lamb chops done perfectly, and beef on a hanging scewer with garlic butter drip is a repeat order. Wonderful service and wine selection.

The restaurant is in a great place with both indoor and outdoor seating, depending on the weather. There is also a bar with not just local beverages but South African beer, The food is excellent, well presented and fresh, for example we were told when trying to book that the owner was not able to obtain fresh vegetables and meat,... Peli Peli is one of the most interesting (albeit expensive) restaurants in Northwest Houston. The food is mostly familiar, yet with some different and unusual spices and sauces that give it an exotic twist. The wine list is expansive and does include some South African wines you're not likely to find elsewhere. The high point of my last dinner there,... More
