It's been a while since we had been to Joe's Crab Shack. On our way to a movie we decided to have lunch. The service was very slow. We waited at least 25 minutes for our food. I don't blame the wait person, they were short handed. I had the unlimited soup and salad which should have been quick. My... More

It is the same it has been for decades. Great place to get seafood in a party atmosphere, lots of long-neck beer, etc. It can get a little noisy. They have tried to compete with the American restaurants ALL around them by adding noise, TVs, and lots of fried food. The prices are still OK, which sets them apart from... More

The waiters were very upbeat and friendly. Service was excellent and the food was all great! You can walk there from 3 hotels nearby.

Fun little place. Super casual. GOOD drinks. Good seafood. Fun and friendly staff. We found the portions a bit small but the food was great.

I tried the fish (pollock) and chips. The breading was not the greatest but the fish was ok. I had to smother it in tarter sauce but it was good that way. I know it's not Joes "fish shack" so don't judge the place on this one dish.

Disclaimer: I am from the east coast and love sea food. To be fair, I will compare Joe's to Red Lobster, which equates into very good food. As for service, all around excellent job!!! Kudos to Ali and the manager, for top notch customer service. As for wait time on the food, those chef's rock.

I went there and was told to wait while table was ready. No big deal it happens everywhere. I sat down and was offered a tiki margarita that was a promotion. I said ok ...the margarita came back and was not good at all. i told the waiter was it taste like and he said ok but offer nothing in... More

Visit this with a collegue. Neither of us are that familiar with crab so thought we'd give it a try. The server was great a explaining our options to us and how to tackle the queen crabs that we ordered. Messy but lots of fun. Great taste. Key lime pie for dessert was very good as well. Would definitely return.

Three of us had various crab buckets and all enjoyed them. The crab cakes were not that good, lots of filler. Only meal that wasn't.
