I would imagine shoppers perusing the acres of outdoor deals that find themselves hungry and decide to eat at the store discover a great dining option. We knew that it was a good place to eat and get something other than a mass market beer but this visit reinforced that it provides great atmosphere, excellent food and an economical check.... More

We were a little lost and looking for another dining destination when we took a wrong turn and wound up in the parking lot outside of Bass Pro. We actually had an item on our shopping list here so, after taking care of that, we happened upon Uncle Buck's. What a perfect find. The rustic atmosphere was inviting, the service... More

Went to uncle Buck's with a group of work friends, it would not have been my choice but in a group setting you tend to allow others to decide. The first clue should have been that the restaurant was empty except for about five tables on a Saturday night, our server had serious language issues and probably should not have... More

As a budget-minded traveler, I don't generally dine at a steakhouse, but this restaurant was attached to the Embassy Suites, Dallas, on Bass Pro Drive, and easy to access without a rental car. Although one could spend a considerable sum here, I enjoyed an excellent meal (chopped steak, baked potato, broccoli, carrots, and salad) at a most reasonable price. Service... More

Very limited menu. The food was very good and presented nicely. Large restaurant and nice atmosphere. Service was slow.

Food was good - wait person ok. Decoration throughout the restaurant was very interesting looking somewhat like a chalet in the mountains.

I visited Uncle Buck's with friends, The food was nice and the service was good but there wasn't any ambiance. I was staying at the Embassy Suites which is attached to Uncle Buck's which made it easy to eat there but I am not sure that i would travel to eat there

Went to dinner with another couple and it was quiet enough you could engage in a conversation without having to yell. I was somewhat disappointed in the meal though. My husband and I shared the Buffalo sirloin, which I ordered medium for his taste, and it came out medium rare and was quite tough. I've not had meat that chewy... More

Steak overdone, vegetables raw. Waitress uninterested in us. A terrible experience, except that we laughed until we cried about the service.

Not much I can say. I walked over from hotel as hotel restaurant was empty. I ended up with Cajun ranch chicken sandwich. It said blackened, it wasn't. Cheese, maybe peperjack, don't think it was. I added salad, that was nice with walnuts and goat cheese. Beer, ok, had IPA. I thought steak prices a little high. Sorry, just Didn't... More
