Very good service with smile. Good pita sandwich feta, spinach & egg white, caramel coffee and double chocolaty.

What a terrific location. We were expecting a very slow service after reading the reviews but we were lucky I guess. We had our coffee in a few minutes and sat outside on the terrace. Granted the service is slow. But you do get what you order and it is correct. And to my surprise the do make ice tea. The have indoor and outdoor seating. Covered seating outside. The restaurant seamed clean and in a good state of repair. The restrooms are small so it is easy for a line to start.
Has a nice patio view. Great location to the Strand and the pier attractions. Clean and busy in the late afternoon. Will return.
