Oh my goodness!!! So good! Great bakery! The coffee is AMAZING! Can not wait to go back. This is a popular place for the locals! Usually a line but well worth the wait time!

Here's a place that would be rated higher if it were not so hyped up that I expected some culinary nirvana. It was good, but not earth-shattering.

On day one, the cinnamon roll was rich and scrumptious...the corned beef breakfast hash with poached eggs and hollandaise was spicy and well balanced. On day two, my wife and I both tried the Belgian waffle with fresh berries topped with fresh whipped cream. We...More

This was a good place to get breakfast - large servings, good food. The staff was very courteous and the restaurant atmosphere was quaint and quiet. We ate early (7:30 am) on a Saturday and the waitress said there's usually a line out the door...More

We go here at least once a month or more because it's the best Breakfast spot in Galveston. The community table is where we usually sit because it's never a wait and the view of the baked goods from the table is awesome 👏

Ok...The Sunflower Bakery had their pecan pie dipped in chocolate. It was not what I was looking for as I wanted just pecan pie with maybe a scoop of ice-cream. However, it was very good. With the chocolate cover, it is sweeter but the slice...More

Probably before 9:00AM. I was there on a Monday in October so it wasn't that crowded.

I think that Sunflower will customize a cake, if by that you mean decorating one for a special occasion. Pattycakes, a couple of blocks away and also on 14th Street, does customized cakes. Both bakeries are good.
