Bistro style initial impression, smaller coffee shop atmosphere. Menu offers a variety of choices from soups to seafood. Several dessert options. Service was mehh... Initial greeting was good and that was the highlight of the service experience. Not one follow up on the food after being served. The shrimp tacos, very good. The fish du jour was Mahi Mahi on... My husband and I had lunch during restaurant week and both our choices were delicious. He had shrimp cake sliders and I had beef tacos.outdoor patio is lovely. Fresh food all around with bakery goods from bakery across the street.

We went with my family for a birthday and had some great food. Delicious chicken, soup, pasta, and more. Meat loaf was incredible. Not to be missed. One of the best in Galveston. Great desserts as well. Try the chocolate cake.

Visited this place on a recent visit to Texas and it happened to be Restaurant Week while we were there. Being the meat eater that I am I ordered the salmon BLT. And the only thing I can say about this sandwich is, it was absolutely delicious for no reason at all. The caramelized onions added just the right amount... More

Love this little cafe owned and operated by locals. Had a great breakfast of eggs and my significant other always raves about their coffee. Like sitting in their outdoor patio whenever we can. Their desserts are always wonderful.

Nope. Not on the water-but when it's this good... who cares?! Don't get sucked into all the places on the seawall and miss this gem. I'm not sure, but it feels like "where the locals go". Great food, interesting selections and combinations. Comfortable and in trend. If we lived near here, we would be regulars. Excellent place!

A few different people recommended this place for lunch. We hadn't been to Galveston in so long and really had no clue what places were good or bad. Looking at the menu, we both wanted the same salad, although we thought about ordering two items just to try them out. We got the Napa salad and it was so delicious.... More

Fresh veggies and seafood...a welcome change from everything fried on Galveston Island. Dinner tonite was FRESH flounder atop homemade shrimp stuffing topped with lemon butter...served with confetti jasmine rice and fresh string beans...yum! All this goodness for a very fair 24.99! Come and get it! Ask for Jonathan 😎

My husband and I stopped in here during the week for breakfast after spending the night on the island. We had heard of this place through a food group on Facebook that promotes visiting locally owned restaurants instead of chains. Trip Advisor had it listed as no. 2 in Galveston for breakfast. We got there around 9:30 am and there... More

Going to say that i have never in my life seen everyone at a table find hair in their food. I am not talking one hair but multiple per plate. Its ashame as the restraunt was nice and the food was good but when you keep finding hairs in it you just loose your appetite. Will not be back and... More
