The location is on the seawall at 10th street, so facing the beach and somewhat between the Pleasure Pier and where Broadway meets the Seawall, but closer to Broadway. I tried many pizza places on the island, and have sat down in 4 of them and ordered pizza from maybe all of them. You can get a cheaper pizza buffet,... More

So overall the food wasn't bad we went in for the lunch buffet building is in rough shape but that isn't always a bad thing. Probably should have been a clue when there was only 1 other set of guests in the building. Employee working was somewhat friendly. Asked about a restroom and were advised that the only one was... The restaurant looked dirty. Plasticware and paper plates were the standard. Ceiling tiles were broken and wet from leaks in the roof. None of this bothered me because I eat in many dumps that have good food. Not the case here. The last warning I had to leave was they wanted to charge for a cop of water. I didn't... More

This Pizzeria is connected to the hotel and is convenient if you are staying at the Pearl Inn, but it is nothing worth traveling out of your way for.

I useded to love eating at Godfathers Pizza back home and was really excited to see one in Galveston . When we walked in we were the only ones in there . I had to yell at the front counter for anyone to come from the back. The guy at the counter said the Buffet was over but there was... More

We are from Kansas City and my kids moved to Dallas and Houston. They were glad to see a Godfather's and had not had their pizza for years. We stopped and got two large ones and went to the East Beach. We enjoyed pizza in the SUV due to sand storm and rip tide with storm moving in. Food was... More

The Godfather location is a hole in the wall. It is drab inside and really needs an update. However, the pizza is GREAT!

It's an awful place in an awful location with an awful buffet. I've always trusted Godfathers and was looking forward to having their pizza but this place must be last on their list of franchises. Everything looks and feels dirty. It's hot and humid in here. Pop machine is broken so we had to get bottled. Just go somewhere else.... More

Will not go back. The bathroom is out by the hotel and is nasty. The pizza is overpriced and old. It used to be a okay pizza place but whatever happened to it, ruined it. Do not recommend to anyone.

Hubby and I with two kids and a friend went yesterday after we saw "Mike" displaying a "buffet for $6.99!" sign over by Murdochs.so decided to take a chance. Pizza is terrible, but we asked for fresh thin-crust pizzas which they made, and they were still awful. The customer service is lousy here. There was another group with children inside... More
