Delicious dinner at Gaido's! Our server was Brittni and she is great! The gift shop is interesting and I was excited to buy the book Ghosts of Galveston. I cannot wait to go back.

World class service, and the best food we've and drinks we've had our entire lives! Our server, Kyle, was a true professional. We had a string of terrible service experiences on the island at our hotel and other food establishments; Gaidos was the saving grace...More

This place was awesome! Everything is fresh caught from the Gulf. The food was delicious and the service outstanding! Charles, our waiter, was very attentive and explained the specials and plates in detail. Although we walked in very casual, we were "—ok". Would've felt more...More

I did not see a child's menu. But the wait staff was very helpful. I am sure they will accommodate your granddaughter.

The toast of the Texas coast. How can frozen fish be called fresh? The answer for anyone with snap is simple: it can't. That's why Gaido's is the classic choice for fresh Gulf seafood. Patrons know Gaido's is real, when others are clearly not. From red snapper and blue crab to white tablecloths crumbed with panache, there's no denying Gaido's is one-of-a-kind in a world of imitation. Now, after four generations of filleting, frying, grilling and baking, Gaido's has grown into the picture perfect place of traditions- birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions. As the largest fresh fish house on the coast, Gaido's can serve up to 2,500 happy diners a day. -- for over 100 years - is truly the coastal classic.
