We went to Gaido's for dinner our last night in town. Our server, Sally, was extremely friendly and informative. Our food and drinks were top notch. As always, you can't go to Galveston without eating at Gaido's!

We stopped in here the night before our last cruise for some good seafood. Reservations are a must here unless you wish to wait all night. Food and service were both excellent.

Family dinner after a Taekwondo tournament. They offered Blue Point oysters. They were huge, fresh and delicious. They did not have a mignonette to serve with our oysters but our server SALLY made it happen! She made great menu suggestions. The food was very delicious....More

This is our go to place for our anniversary each year. Many fine places in Houston but nothing with the charm and fresh seafood that Gaido’s has. Much thanks to Elena our charming waitress which made our visit even more special.

Had a terrific lunch with Marshall as our waiter.....great personality, exceptional service. Food was terrific as usual and can't go wrong with shrimp bisque ad shrimp peques but everyone was real happy with their selections.

Yes they have a children's coloring menu with things like chicken, grilled cheese, and Fettuccine Alfredo and other child appropriate food. Their seafood is amazing.

Description
The toast of the Texas coast. How can frozen fish be called fresh? The answer for anyone with snap is simple: it can’t. That’s why Gaido’s is the classic choice for fresh Gulf seafood. Patrons know Gaido’s is real, when others are clearly not. From red snapper and blue crab to white tablecloths crumbed with panache, there’s no denying Gaido’s is one-of-a-kind in a world of imitation. Now, after four generations of filleting, frying, grilling and baking, Gaido’s has grown into the picture perfect place of traditions– birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, reunions. As the largest fresh fish house on the coast, Gaido’s can serve up to 2,500 happy diners a day. -– for over 100 years – is truly the coastal classic.
