Food is salty, expensive, and blah. Service is slow, queso from a jar, and the Pico was made with old vegetables. First and last time I come here...

Never met a margarita I didn't like until tonight. They served my son a bowl of broken chips with salsa. I was given a dirty menu. We paid for the drinks and kept it moving. The server was nice but a bit aggressive with the up sales.

Eating in a restaurant that is part of a tourist attraction can be iffy. Normally, that is not the case at the Fort Worth Stockyards. There are some well established restaurants there that are regularly the choice of locals. Unfortunately, two different visits to Habaneros indicates it is not that kind of place. The definition of good Tex-Mex food is... More

Very disappointed with family meal. Wait time was 2 times what they quoted. Service terribly slow. 2 of our 5 dinners were cold and one very over salted. Complained when we saw the waiter. Response later was he checked with manager but too late to do anything as we started eating. We did not see server for 20 minutes after... More

This is first Mexican restaurant that I've found in the Fort Worth area (there are probably others) that had some AUTHENTIC Mexican red sauce. I'll call it New Mexican red sauce/enchilada sauce and it is the best. You have to make sure you request it for your lunch or dinner. They'll even give it to you on the side. The... More

I took my daughter and her friend here for appetizers. We ordered appetizers and our chips we got were stale. When I asked for fresh chips my waitress returns five minutes later and said they heated them. Same stale chips! I know this is not my waitresses fault ... the place is clearly mismanaged because when we came in the... More

When we arrived and saw the empty restaurant, we should have known. We didn't really rate the over salty and rather disappointing food here and found the sloppy service and dull atmosphere equally disappointing. Sometimes, when stepping into a restaurant and looking at the menu, there are warning signs we should take note of. Quite why we didn't on this... More

The location is fun!! Located in the stock yards makes it easy....I would not call this good Mexican food. The food was just o.k. The tortillas are not home made and the queso is right out of a can. I can say the service was excellent and we did not have to wait. If you are only here for one... More
