Fast service and good food. Dickey's may not be the best barbecue you ever had but it is good. Give it a try!

Not bad if you approach it from the prospect that it is a middle of the road average BBQ. The food is fresh and it is hot.

In the world of BBQ, I would think Texas would be king. While searching for a BBQ place we sighted Dickeys. We liked that it was an older establishment. The prices were not bad. I got the rib plate, wife got the pulled pork sandwich. The ribs were tender and they tasted just ok ... nothing to get excited about.... More

My first Texas BBQ. I settled on the BBQ beef, BBQ sausage (OMG it was good!), and mac & cheese. Also had the fried okra, which is a Southern thing I guess. Dickey's isn't fancy. It's just damn fine food at a reasonable price. A perfect lunch spot. More on our trip to Dallas: http://justanothertravelblog.blogspot.com/2010/01/christmas-in-dallas.html
