I have been eating here for 20 years and I still love it. I always get the fillet. I have them blacken the steak. Excellent. I also love the cottage fries and the au gratin potatoes. Go. You will love it.

My friends decided to have a little staycation in downtown Dallas to celebrate a buddy's birthday, and The Palm was our choice for dinner. Despite being 8:30 on a Friday night, it was actually quite slow when we went. Our party of six was sat in the back of the main room and I only saw two other small tables... More

The Palm is pretty good. In fact, I have never had a bad meal there; however, the steak and seafood restaurant market in Dallas is crowded with several tremendous options, so being pretty good really isn't good enough for me. I go to the Palm when invited, but never suggest it myself.

This is easily the best filet in Dallas. The half and half is crazy good, and the service is professional and on point. Upon my request, the chef even made a pretty good replica of a dressing for the tomato and mozzarella dish that they stopped making many years ago! The only thing I wish that would change is the... Business lunch with a group of 5. Very friendly and quick service. The NY Strip 14oz, fries, 7 layer chocolate cake was simply amazing! The rest had burgers, salmon, lobster blt , calamari and clams for apps. Amazing food!!

My go to when I want a steak or lobster feast. Great service, not too loud, very consistent. My wife loves the bleu cheese stuffed olives in her martini.

My wife and I eat here several times a year, especially when they are running lobster specials. We prefer the tables over the booths, but they have both. They also have a great wait staff, especially April.

A great place to have a cozy dinner. Many of the fine dining restaurants are very loud but The Palm had plenty of space and offered fine dining where you could talk across the table.

After visiting the Texas Book Depository, we lunched at this restaurant a few blocks away. Nice surprise, quite, elegant restaurant. It had the feeling of a swanky Manhattan restaurant even though we were in Dallas. Great service. The waiter recommended the Lobster Salad which was outstanding. A great lunch on a hot Dallas day. Very impressive.
