Hosted a big dinner a few months back, breakfast this week. Food is always great, prices also great. Highly recommend the breakfast burrito - it's huge and cheap. Wife loves the carne esada.

Stopped here on our way to Canada. The breakfast was fairly good; the eggs were cooked well. The only complaint was that the hash browns could have been browned more.

On our way to Amarillo, we stopped for lunch. My husband had the enchiladas and I had the chicken fajitas - we enjoyed both. Chicken was moist and nice grilled flavor with homemade tortillas. My husband liked the enchiladas because the cheese didn't drip everywhere....More

We really like the enchiladas, cheese chile relleno and their yummy beans. Great guacamole too. The hamburgers are good also. Great friendly service. The chips and hot sauce are ok. Daily specials. Enjoy!

I don't know if they have a buffet on Saturdays. We have always stopped for breakfast when traveling from Abilene to Houston. You might have to give them a call to find out.
