First time disappointed. Service was slow for Wednesday night, first time I needed to cut enchilada with a knife it was so cold. Avoid this night if you want decent food.

We moved here from California by way of Colorado and were looking for some good Mexican (Real Mexican) food. We joined some friends for Enchilada night at El Fenix. It was bland and less than stellar. And, to that point we have not been back.

They are able to seat any size party and are overly accommodating. Food, drink and ambiance was just what we needed. Beautiful.
I had the Mexican cobb salad and it was fresh, a variety of tasty ingredients, and I added the jalapeno ranch dressing to make it just right.
